Dr Anthony Upton
MBBS(HONS), FRANZCR
Clinical Director
Dr Upton graduated in Medicine in 1996 from Monash with first-class Honours.
Over the next few years, he completed his Radiology training at the Royal Melbourne Hospital and was awarded the Gold Medal for the top candidate in Australasia.
Anthony then practised in private practice and public hospitals, including Peter Mac Callum Cancer Centre, St Vincent’s and Box Hill hospitals and went on to complete two areas of sub-specialty training in both cardiac and body imaging in Australia and the US.
Over his 13 years servicing the Vermont and Knox region, he worked tirelessly to develop a patient and referrer centred practice, where collegiate relationships and consultative clinical guidance put the patient at the centre of the practice.
His commitment to you continues to be that he will put your patients at the centre of the decision-making in his practice and will continue to communicate with you regularly in providing the best diagnostic outcomes possible.

David Di Domenico
BAppSC(Medical Radiations), GradDip MRI, MRSO (MRSC™)
Site Operations Manager and MRI Supervisor
David Di Domenico is the site operations manager and lead MRI technologist at Radiology Victoria. He is an associate lecturer at Monash University and technical consultant at Enlitic Inc.
David has advanced qualfications in MRI and is a former winner of the Nycomed Award for highest aggregate mark in the Post Graduate Diploma in Magnetic Resonance in Medicine. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Magnetic Resonance Safety and certified as a Magnetic Resonance Safety Officer (MRSO) - Magnetic Resonance Safety Certified (MRSC™).
David is a prolific presenter at local and national conferences and has contributed to multiple peer-reviewed research studies.
David has management experience in both large private hospital and clinic settings. He has an unrelenting passion for education, quality and integrity, and places an emphasis on a patient-centric approach.

Quanson Sirlyn - FASA
BAppSc (Medical Radiations), GradDip Sonography, MMU
Chief Sonographer
Quanson Sirlyn is the lead sonographer at Radiology Victoria and key member of the medical leadership at the Knox practice.
Following his radiography degree, Quanson attained the Graduate Diploma of Medical Ultrasound at Monash University and completed his Masters of Medical Sonography at UniSA. He further expanded upon his ultrasound knowledge in Europe, learning from industry-leading specialists where he developed his subspecialty in musculoskeletal ultrasound and bowel imaging.
Quanson has been a tutor and chief sonographer for the past 15 years. In 2021, he was inducted into the Australasian Sonographers Association Fellowship Honour Roll for his invaluable contribution to his chosen field - the highest grade of membership at the ASA as well as a significant professional achievement. He is past recipient of ASA's Mentor of the Year award and has been nominated as Educator of the Year on numerous occasions.
Quanson has authored multiple peer-reviewed scientific journal articles and regularly presents at local and state meetings. He is multilingual, fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Teochew, Vietnamese, Cambodian.
Rachael Gould
BAppSc (Medical Radiations)
Senior Radiographer and CT Supervisor
Rachael Gould is the lead CT technologist at Radiology Victoria. Graduating from QUT with distinction, Rachael has more than 20 years experience in both public and private diagnostic imaging practices.
Rachael has industry-leading experience in specialised cardiac CT imaging and prides herself on developing tailored, patient-specific protocols and methodologies to ensure examinations are optimised with the lowest possible radiation dose for each and every CT scan.
Rachael has coordinated the start-up of multiple successful cardiac services in both Sydney and Melbourne and is recognised by peers as a preeminent educator in her field, particularly cardiac CT. She has coordinated educational seminars and has managed cardiac CT education courses for both radiologists, cardiologists and technologists. Rachael also consults on the development of new and emerging AI-based diagnostic platforms.

Gillian Barker
Administration Coordinator
With over three decades experience in large private hospitals and community clinics, Gillian Barker is an authority on radiology administration. She has intimate knowledge of the Medicare Benefits Schedule in Diagnostic Imaging and sound understanding of the intracacies and challenges of all modalities in radiology.
Gillian has established a reputation amongst consultant physicians, surgeons, general practitioners and her peers in the Knox region as a friendly, accessible and knowledgeable administrator.
Gillian firmly believes core values at work should reflect ones fundamental beliefs, and this is how she conducts her life both personally and professionally. Her philosophy is if patients are attending her clinic, they are generally not having a good day; and this approach ensures she deals with patients with care and empathy.
