Want your results online? No worries.
At Radiology Victoria, we provide our patients with their images and results online.
To access your images and results, you’ll need to register for an account at reception when you visit one of our practices.
Once you’ve registered, a text message will be sent to you shortly after. This text will have important information in it that will guide you through the account creation process.
Your images will be made available on the same day, with your report made available 14 days after your appointment.
You can access the Patient Portal online or by downloading the Radiology Victoria Patient Portal App.

Register
If you are 16 and over, let a staff member know you'd like to receive your results online. We’ll then register you in our system.
Create
Click on the link and follow the steps to create your account. Once completed, you’ll now have an account.
Access
In three to four hours after your initial scan, your images will be made available to you. Fourteen days after we have authorised and sent your report to your referring Doctor, your report will be made available to you.
Follow up
Please ensure you return to see your referring doctor to discuss your results.
